Vintage Tepco off white handless mug/cup. It is pretty large, approx 3 1/2" high and 3 1/2" diameter. Tepco USA China.  Introduced in WWII this mug is a combination of coffee mug/hand warmer nd/or shaving mug, perfect for not easily falling to the floor due to the motion of a ship. Very thick off white ceramic. Age and use related flaws

 Q: Hi, Is that a chip that I see on the lip of the mug? Also, is the inside free of stains, chips, damage, etc etc. Thanks in advance, Kimberly
A: Hi, the inside is clean, There are some pre glaze flaws and I see 2 what looks like popped glaze spots or tiny chips but are round so I think my guess is right, on the outside lower lip and lip. thanks Donna
