This is an art glass figurine made by Wheaton Glass in a wonderful Carnival Blue colored glass. Made in USA. She is 5 and 1/4 inches tall, and 4 inches across the hem of her skirt. Excellent condition! No chips or cracks. I can feel a teeny bit of outer rim roughness on the edge of her skirt but this is normal from the manufacturing process. Great gift idea!
