This auction is for very swingy and swirly very full white petticoat have price tag of 149.00 and stated 90 yards ( WOW) Cotton top panel, with 4 tiers and two layers of twirly fun Elastic waistband, also has draw string The tiered layers are polyester, with the feel of and look of shiny stiff nylon. This is so much fun to wear, you might not want to cover it up. This is so much better then pix's show ~ they don't come any better then this

In very good condition, no holes, tears or stains, But vintage so not mint and it is a good idea to have all vintage pieces cleaned before wearing~
