          We have just returned from a trip of Treasure Hunting and have brought back a very nice collection of items from various Estates in the south.

          My husband cannot pass up a nice box, so of course he had to pick up this one!

         

Here is a lovely old Syroco Wood box with Victorian charm.  This vintage box measures approx. 6” long, 4” deep, and about 2” high.

          The lid has a beautiful floral design in deep relief and has the added bonus of being painted in shades of pink, yellow, and green.  This is very hard to find!

          The bottom retains a small portion of the original label and the box is in overall Excellent Condition with some dirt in the deep recesses and minor paint loss to the raised areas.  I believe this adds to the shabby chic charm.  There is no damage to the box itself…no chips or cracks!
