This is an interesting pair of silvertone thin button clip earrings. They are in very good condition, and look almost new. There is only one little scratch that I can see, and it's barely noticeable. The back of the clip is marked "WHITING & DAVIS CO", and the inside of the clip is marked with "PAT. 156452", which was issued in 1949. The face of the earrings measure 1 3/16 inch across, and together they weigh 22 grams or .8 oz. If you have any questions, please ask, and thanks for looking.
