Shipping
The majority of our items are shipped via the USPS. Larger and higher priced items ship via UPS. We ship every Tuesday and Friday.
Please Consider the optional insurance. I cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipping. Sometimes, I will self insure. If you paid for insurance, Your item is totally insured (U.S. customers).
If the shipping notes "First Class mail" and the item weighs more that 13 oz. It will automatically ship via "Priority mail".
We Discount shipping. Our discount formula is: Full price for the 1st item (highest price), 1/2 price shipping on the 2nd and 3rd items and Free shipping on the 4th item in the same shipment. If you have more than 4 items please request an invoice and we will give you a great deal on shipping.
International customers
We offer exceptionally fair prices on international shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote. We welcome International bidders and do ship world-wide.
International customers must upgrade to Priority Mail for tracking and insurance.
Payment
Payment can be
certified check or money order.
If your item is less than $15.00 and you have 15 or more positive feedback and free from any negatives, a personal check will be fine.
Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your item, you are welcome to return it within seven Days of reciept.
The only reason you cannot return the item is if you now feel you paid too much.
We will send a full refund of your payment including your initial shipping (U.S customers). Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending the item. In the unlikely event of a return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Feedback
We post your positive feedback on the day your item ships. You will also receive an email payment received notification and an email item shipped notification.
We work very hard to provide exceptional service to our customers and hope that you will be satisfied. However, if you are disappointed for any reason, please contact us before leaving feedback in order to give us the opportunity to resolve your issue. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always strive for a satisfactory transaction.
