Hand made wooden playing card box!

 

This playing card box holds two decks of cards side by side.

 

The box is painted an avocado green color and the

inside has wooden inserts that keep the two decks of

cards separate.

The box with the top on is 1 1/2" high and the depth on the inside with the top off is 1 "!

 

You can tell this is an older box, because the green

paint on the outside has a crackle finish.

The wood is put together at the corners with a

tongue and groove design.

 

On the top of the box there is a brown paper

material with a beautiful scene of an old town

with a horse and buggy. The paper material is

peeling slightly in a few places along the edges.

Also there is one slat of wood inside that has

come loose and needs to be glued back in place.

 

This box would make a great addition to any collection

or could also be used to hold cards!
