The American Acme Company was another of several sled companies. It originally was known as the American Toy and Novelty Works, in York, PA (Palicia, op. cit pp. 92ff).  It manufactured sleds from 1917 to after 1960.

Condition: Used. Still has original logo on it. Needs a new rope, if desired by the buyer. Red paint on the metal frame is still visible. Almost no rust/corrosion to the frame! Please see all listing pictures for an accurate item description.
