This is a neat art deco aqua vase that has been "roughed up" a little bit. It is 7-1/4" tall and 4-1/2 wide across the top. The overall condition of the vase is sound with no chips. There are a couple of small glaze pops or surface dots where the glaze is missing and some overall crazing The biggest issue is that one of the previous owners of this beautiful art deco vase painted it gray! The majority of the gray paint has been removed from the outside, but the interior still has some gray paint, which I have not attempted to remove (shown in third picture). McCoy made a vase similar to this and so did Brush-McCoy, I think. The bottom is marked just 46 USA, so I don't know which company produced this. It's a nice little piece regardless of its flaws!
Please check my other auctions, especially if you collect pottery. I will combine shipping and I charge a minimal amount for shipping. I will be listing salt and pepper shakers, American-made pottery, including McCoy and Shawnee, as well as pre-WWII-Japan pottery, Czechoslovakian and other European pottery over the coming months.
I will contact the winning bidder within 24 hours of auction end with shipping information and total due. The winning bidder should contact me within 3 days of auction end. I expect payment within 7 days, PayPal preferred. I accept money orders and checks, but hold shipment until checks clear the bank. If I do not receive payment within 10 days, I reserve the right to relist an item. I normally ship once or twice a week, depending on the number and content of my auctions, but let me know if you need something mailed quickly. Also, I pack my items well for shipping, but I cannot guarantee safe delivery, so let me know if you want insurance.
Just about everything I’m selling is used and therefore, sold as-is. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to me. Thank you for looking at my auction and have fun bidding on eBay!
