Vintage composition tlc doll and painted plastic in VGC

For sale 2 vintage dolls in need of a home ~1. The "baby" is in very good condition, but needs clothing~ She is 7" long, moves arms and legs, painted on facial features, blue eyes, molded brown hair, cute fingers and toes! No mark, sturdy plastic painted with a shiney coating. I am sure there is a name for it but I am not very doll savy....First pictures are of her....

2.The bigger doll is composition, blue painted eyes, blonder molded hair and is wearing a YELLOW hand made vintage dress with cute white bows and pleats in front...SHE had Major SURGERY at an early age.  I have had her a long time, several years.  I always just displayed her with different outfits, because she is so cute in them!  She needs to be restrung. Under her "bandage" she must be split because she is separated between the legs as the pictures show...I have never attempted to fix her, but I bet she could be for someone who knows how.
