Very nice chandelier or ceiling light, not sure which one. It is a four bulb light. Not sure what kind of cover it takes. I bought a lot of lights at a farm auction they were all mixed up the shades. I have all of them or will have on ebay. This needs cleaning and it has one chip on it I have taken a lot of photos so you can see the chip, it only has one. Other wise it is perfect.
