In good condition.I believe this wind up toy to be from the 60's. He is approx. 6 1/2" tall. He comes with his original box and key. Wind him up and he waddles side to side moves his feet, hat and twirls his cane. He is like a Spanish version of Charlie Chaplin. El Alegre Vagabundo Con Resorte made in Spain. Box is complete and in pretty good shape. On the bottom of box someone wrote Steve.
