Warranty
This chair comes with a 15 year limited manufacturers warranty on all non moving metal parts, 5 years on all other parts. Vinyl not warranted against routine scratching and scuffing, as all vinyl is subject to minor blemishes during use.
Shipping Rates & Processing Times
Chair is shipped new in box with some assembly required via UPS ground to the 48 contiguous US states and Canada. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at a higher cost via UPS Air (Email for quote). No shipping to APO's or FPO's. Pickup not available. Please allow 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. In the rare event that your this stool is temporarily out of stock you will be notified and given a choice of waiting or a full refund. Shipping to 48 US States and Canada is calculated by your ship to zip/postal code - scroll down near bottom of listing to enter your zip code for calculation. Price includes insurance and tracking. Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to Washington State. For shipping to Canada, any duties, taxes, custom charges imposed by your country are not included in shipping price and are your responsibility.
