If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it with in 30 days. If you would prefer to speak with Customer Service before deciding to return or exchange your purchase, please call (888) 411-0964, 9:00am to 5:30pm (MTN standard) Monday through Friday. We offer a 30-day return policy. If your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it as soon as possible and happily pay all shipping costs to and from your location. If you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return. We will credit your purchase, less shipping and handling (including promotional shipping costs - orders that receive free shipping are only if you keep the product). Returns made within 30 days of receipt will not be charged a restocking fee if returned in the original packaging. All other returns will carry a restocking fee of 10%. All returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories; items returned in less than new condition or without the original packaging as described above will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the unit is damaged additional charges may apply.
