EUROPEAN made intermediate violin. This is not a Chinese student violin. The name inside says Frederick Halbsgut. I bought this instrument to take lessons, but only played for a short time, so the violin is like new with no scratches or dents, no wear marks in the finish.

It has a beautiful rich warm tone. It comes with a nice upgraded bow, and rosin in a black hard case. The case also is in like new condition with three compartments for rosin, etc.

An advancing student, or anyone would enjoy playing this instrument. The wood and finish is very pretty. It also comes with the fine tuners. The tuning pegs, chin rest and tail piece are made of bass wood which gives it a very rich expensive look.

A: The model is #3066 and serial is #C10112. The bow is a Joseph Richter. The case and bow are included. I purchased it new from National Educational Music Co. I played it only a short time. Kathy
