Up for bid is the book Violin, All for Strings, Comprehensive String Method, Book 1 by Gerald E. Anderson and Robert S. Frost.

This book is in very good condition.  There is shelf wear along the page edges, a few dings and the corners are a little frayed.  The front cover lower outside corner does have a crease in it.  There is no rips, tears, stains, smudges or writing in or on the book.

This book covers:  starting by rote, starting by note, instrument positions, bow grips, rhythms, theory, technique, major scales, duets/trios/rounds, shifting for string bass, instrument care and maintenence, glossary, detailed photographs and diagrams

This is a wonderful first book for anyone that is interesting in learning to play the violin.
