Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your new phone simply return it with all accessories, original packaging and manuals in "like new" condition within 48 hours of receipt for a refund, minus postage and handling and a 7% restocking fee to cover eBay and associated fees. Phones, accessories, original packaging or manuals not returned in original condition or showing signs of use or abuse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. PAYMENT	We prefer payment by PayPal. Most major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. We also accept US or Canadian Postal Money Orders. No other form of money order is accepted. Please do not ask.
NON PAYING BIDDERS	Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay. Payment is expected no later than 3 days after the close of the auction.
SHIPPING	Usually your order will be shipped in 24 to 72 hours,but in most cases, we ship them out in the same day it is received Monday thru Saturday. We do not combine shipping. We ONLY ship to CONFIRMED PayPal addresses unless paid by US or Canadian Postal Money Order.
TRACKING NUMBERS	You will receive a tracking number when the shipment is given to the courier. Please allow a reasonable time for your package to arrive. Shipments usually take 2-4 days to arrive to a US location. Please understand that courier delays caused by weather or other events are beyond our control and may add time.

Upon examination, if item is defective, we will send, at our expense, a new exact replacement of the item. If found not to be defective, item will be sent back at Buyers expense. If you, the BUYER, would rather have a REFUND instead of an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours and deposit the phone with the proper courier within 48 hours. There will be no refund of shipping or handling charges either to or from the Buyer. 7% fee applies. Prior to shipping the phone back, Buyer must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Any item sent back without a RMA or prior approval, not in LIKE NEW condition or showing signs of use or abuse, will be subject to a 20% restocking and convenience fee. WE RECORD all IMEI numbers to verify that you return the original item.
WARRANTIES	experience. Most phones carry a one year warranty. Should your phone be covered and you experience any problems within that year, we will assist you in getting your phone repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. All freight and associated expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
