Payment Details
Gold Machinery accepts Paypal, certified checks, money orders, cashier's checks, bank wire transfers and cash. Please do not mail cash. Please address to Gold International Machinery, PO Box 998, Pawtucket, RI 02862. Winning bidders will receive a winning notification email within 48 hrs after auction ends (if for some reason you do not receive this email please let us know). Auctions ending on Saturday or Sunday will receive email notification on the following Monday. All payments must be received within four (4) business days. Payments of more than $500.00 U.S. dollars (if paying by money order or cashier's check) need to be mailed to us via FedEx Priority Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, or USPS Overnight Certified Mail. Please email or fax (401.724.6310) your tracking # so we will be able to trace your payment. Buyers can provide payment information via phone at our toll free number 800.619.4653.

Shipping Details/Handling Terms
We will pack and ship this item UPS ground to any state in the lower 48 for $15.00 additional. All orders being shipped to "PO Box" addresses can be delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS). Note: Weight restrictions may apply. (Buyers can check for shipping rates at www.usps.com ). Orders above 150 pounds need to be shipped via freight carrier. Gold Machinery recommends contacting us for carrier information, as we have longstanding working relationships with several carriers and can be sure you get the best deal. NOTE... All estimates are subject to change depending on the area in which you are located. The carriers will assess an extra charge if delivery location is in a residential area, and/or the services of a lift gate are required, and/or if the machine is uncrated. For equipment that requires special transportation services such as: flat bed, open container, or oversize trailers, arrangements can be made with Gold Machinery 800.619.4653. Please allow 48 hours for us to give you a quote regarding transportation rates. Buyers who wish to use their own FedEx and UPS accounts can email or phone in the number of their accounts when they are contacted. Multiple items can be combined into one single shipment. Please do not take longer than seven days to combine your items. Email us a list of all your items together with your shipping address and we will calculate your shipping charges. Estimated delivery time by UPS and USPS nationally is from three to seven business days from the time the order is processed. International shipments of 150 pounds or more can be made via Roadway Express, Yellow Freight and Ocean World Transport.

Special Instructions
An additional handling charge of $5.00 US dollars applies to all UPS and USPS shipments. Delicate and expensive equipment will require special handling. Foam packing, wood crating and palletizing charges will be determined according to the size of the item. Buyers are responsible for payment of all Shipping and Handling charges on all items unless specifically stated otherwise in auction description.
