We stand behind every product we sell. All our merchandise is brand new in the original manufacturer's packaging and comes with the manufacturer's warranty. All price and payments must be in US currency. Please understand that all sales are final, with the following exceptions.

No return will be accepted without an RA #. Items with free shipping have a shipping charge imputed into the price and are offered for ease and convenience to our customers. We do not refund shipping charges. SHIPPING
We take pride in making sure your order gets out quickly. We carefully check every item before shipping and we give extra care to our packaging to make sure every item arrives safely. Orders normally ship via UPS Ground or FedEx within 1-2 days. Some items (like Seca & Detecto scales) are drop shipped from the manufacturer and therefore may take a little longer.
We generally ship to the lower 48 states using UPS and to Canada using UPS, FedEx or Global Airmail Parcel Post through the US Post Office to provide fast, economical and reliable shipping services to our customers. For your convenience, we electronically mail tracking number.
Note: eBay only offers the UPS shipping calculator for Canada. We reserve the right (at our discretion) to ship via FedEx or USPS to Canada.
- We do NOT ship to International, PO or APO/FPO addresses for any reason, under any circumstance.
