Refurbished by Westinghouse! Thousands of these new units come back to Westinghouse un-used and get resold as refurbished unit because by law they can't sell it to the public as New. All my refurbished units are open stock, or overstock returns. Used units dont get refurbished..they are repaired and returned to their original customers.
