This auction is for a vintage Owner's Manual, Tech Information book and schematic for a Solovox Model K unit, made by the Hammond Organ Company. In the literature, it shows photos of this unit as attached to a piano, however, most of the ones I've seen in use, were attached to Hammond Organs. These booklets in particular, went to a unit that was previously attached to a Hammond CV organ, from the hand-written notes on the booklet covers and the back of the schematics. The books date to 1946, from info on the first page of the tech book. Alot of musicians liked using the Solovox, but we've never had any installed on any of the organs that we've owned, since we don't care for them. There are still a few out there, somewhere, and maybe someone might need these to work on them. Schematics are always helpful for these old tube-jobs. Paper has aged look and was kept in a 3-ring binder, at one time. Still in good, usable condition. Comes from a local estate sale. No reserve, so bid early and often!
