Voigtlander Bessamatic 35 mm SLR camera

this camera has some issues. I will list the ones I am aware of. Since I am not an expert on this particular camera I cannot guarantee that all the problems are listed.

shutter is stuck, rewind lever is locked
view screen is discolored. See picture
skylight filter was shattered. It will not unscrew by hand held pressure

Cosmetically the camera is in good condition. There is some peeling back of the leather. The leather hard case comes with it, however part of the upper case is missing. I do not see any corrosion or rust inside the camera. The lens glass is clean and without scratches.
