VtG 80's VIOLET HOURGLASS Double Breasted WIGGLE DRESS

















Description

This auction is for wonderful vintage dress.  This dress is a deep purple color in a soft sueded material.  The dress is a double breasted style with an hourglass fit.  It has built-in shoulder pads and deep v-neck that goes to the waist.  The dress is ruched at the shoulders and bodice for a nice effect.  The waist is partially made of elastic and has stretch.  There is a half belt trim in the back.  The dress has a gold button-down closure.  It is labeled Stuart Alan Petites.  There is no fabric label.  The dress is in great vintage condition, the fabric shows no wear.  Please read the sizing descriptions below and supersize the images for more details.

This dress is labeled size 14 Petites.  It is a vintage piece, Please check actual measurements against clothing that fits properly.  These measurements were taken flat.  The dress measures 18 1/2" across the shoulders and 21" across the chest.  The waist is 15" across flat and 17 1/2" stretched.  The hips measure 21 1/2" across.  The dress is 45" long and the sleeves measure 25" from the back center of the collar to the sleeve ends (3/4 style).
