VtG ReTrO 40's Style DB Wool PINSTRIPE Gangster SUIT 44

DescriptionThis auction is for a wonderful vintage 2 piece suit. This suit dates to the 80's but it's a retro 40's gangster style. The suit is a deep navy blue color, it's almost black. It has light blue and tan pinstripes along with a weaved vertical stripe design in between the colored stripes. The jacket is double breasted with a single button closure, there is an inside button also. It is vented. The pants are pleated and partially lined in the front. They have a button and metal slide closure. This suit is Collezione Italia. It is 55% Tetoron / 45% Worsted Wool. This suit is in very good condtion, there is a small faint spot on the inside of the waistband. Please read the sizing description below and supersize the images for more details. This suit is shown on a female mannequin... It is a men's suit. The suit is not labeled for size, my GUESS would be a 44 Regular. This is a vintage suit. Please check measurements against clothing that fits. These measurements were taken flat. The jacket measures 21" across the shoulders, 22 3/4" across the chest & 21" across the pockets. It is 31" long from the bottom of the collar to the hem and the sleeves measure 32" from the back center of the collar to the sleeve end and they are 25" from the shoulder seam to the end. The pants measure 17" across the waist. The rise is 12" and the inseam is 30 1/2". The total length is 43" from the waist to hem. The leg measures 9 1/8" at the hem.
