Please make payment within 7 days of auction end or your purchase from our store. 

We combine ship whenever possible!  Please let us know if you are buying more than one item in a 7 day time frame, so we can update the checkout's shipping rate to save you some money.

We always package all items securely and safely. 

In the very rare instance that an item is damaged/lost in transit, please email us within 48 hours, retaining item & all packaging for inspection.  We will assist in filing an insurance claim with the appropriate carrier for your insured item.

We ship a wide variety of items world-wide; items are packaged with great care; this takes time--items are shipped in usually 2-4 business days from your payment receipt.

Once we ship, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier; we do not control their speed.

When selecting your shipping method, please keep in mind that USPS Media Mail and Parcel Post can take considerably longer than UPS Ground, USPS 1st class, and Priority mail. 

If you need your item shipped overnight express, please email and let us know; we will give you the information you need for this.

All books and media items are shipped via USPS Media Mail unless buyer specifies & pays for another shipping preference (USA only).
