 Description Shipping and payments

This is a lovely vintage 1940's evening gown, with a black rayon bodice with pink embroidery, and a long double layered pink chiffon skirt.  The pink and black is such a striking combination, and has a great old Hollywood vibe.

The dress has no tags.  It has a side metal zipper.  The bodice has short sleeves with small shoulder pads, and has great pink embroidered ribbon motifs on each shoulder.  The waist nips in, and the skirt flows to the floor.  It has a bottom satiny layer and the top sheer floaty chiffon layer.  The dress is in excellent condition, there is one small spot of pink embroidery that has turned orangish in color that is not that noticable.  Freshly cleaned and ready to wear.

The bust is 36", the waist is 30", the hips are full, from shoulder to waist is 18", from shoulder to bottom hem is 54".  Thanks so much for taking a look!
