♥ Fabric is rich loden green wool by the famous and high quality maker Stevens Forstmann
♥ Military style double breasted front closure with eight big brass buttons
♥ Front curved princess double stitched seaming
♥ Half belted in back trimmed with gold metal crescent moon shapes
♥ Long sleeves
♥ Front pointed flap pockets on the front seaming
♥ Lined with a silky dusky burgundy satin fabric
♥ Flared skirt with long back pleat from waist to hem

We no longer offer First Class International Mail shipping because of parcels being lost, and First Class International can not be tracked.

We do not accept returns unless we agree that the item's description differs significantly from the item's condition. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item. Once the item is returned and it is determined that we made a mistake, your refund will include original shipping charges. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges will not be refunded if the item is returned for any other reason.
Please remember that this item is secondhand and has a history. We try to note any flaws, but if we miss a few loose stitches, a tiny hole, a scratch or a little ding, this is not considered "misrepresentation" as these things are common in used or secondhand items and can be easily overlooked.
We usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. "Business days" are normal weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days.
