DESCRIPTION: This amazing garment can be worn a number of different ways. It can transform into a draped halter, a cowl-neck mini,
a full skirt or a flared skirt to name a few. It is composed of one triangular panel sewn onto the skirt which forms the top of the dress. The panel can also be
draped into a loose bow over the skirt or pulled across the top of the skirt to create a wiggle silhouette at the hips. The possibilities are endless! The skirt
section is composed of seperate asymetrical panels which are attached only to the waist of the dress/skirt. It wraps to close with three buttons running vertically up
the waistband. The fabric is 100% Rayon and the makeris not listed. It is excellent condition.
