I discovered this 8" American Character Betsy McCall doll and her clothes at a local Portland, Oregon estate sale- other than Betsy's leg which as taped on, she is in wonderful condition with very good hair, face paint and no markings. The clothes appear to be a mix of home made and store bought but none have tags. I have not given the clothes a bath yet and would suggest doing so with a denture cleaner. The lot will arrive tissue wrapped from a smoke free home.

 Q: I see one barrette - but cannot tell if she has both barrettes? Does she have any red or pink, or any other staining on her body?
A: She has two "silverish" barrettes. I see a very faint pink spot on either arm less than the size of a pencil eraser, one teeny faint spot on her back and a very faint pink line over one shoulder.
