Vintage Boxed 6pc Set, Silver Plate Oyster Forks, Nat'l Silver The National Silver Company which manufactured both sterling silver and silver plate was established in NY, NY by Samuel E. Bernstein in 1890. National Silver manufactured both sterling and silver plate. In the 1950s, National Silver absorbed several other silver firms, including Cheltenham & Company of Sheffield, England, F.B. Rogers Silver Company, and the Ontario Manufacturing Company. We believe these oyster forks are circa 1940s and found the pattern number which is NTS 19. These pieces are called cocktail / seafood forks and were listed for replacement at $6.50 per fork. There are six forks to this set and they will arrive in the National Silver box. The design is clean and classic. They are in excellent condition. We will be listing several silverplate items tonight and tomorrow. Most of the silver items are either vintage or antique. Please add us to your favorites or check back frequently. We will combine shipping whenever possible. Check out my other items! Be sure to add me to your favorites list! |
