I dont sell patterns solely for collectible purposes.....I state that so you dont expect envelopes in pristine condition.  I gather patterns from a number of sources; auctions, estate sales, flea markets, etc. I may even resell ebay purchased patterns if they arrive to me and arent quite what I thought they'd be.  Envelope wear might include edge wear, yellowed or new tape, creases,  age spots, stains, writing or anything along those lines.  What I will assure you of is that all pieces will be intact (unless stated otherwise) along with the instruction sheets or it wont get listed.  So please keep that in mind if you find an interest in a pattern Im offering...when it comes to the packaging, expect the worst and you wont be disappointed.  ; )

Smoke:  This is a smoker friendly home that also uses a wood stove to heat.  All fabric items are washed and immediately placed in a plastic bag.  Even at that, we've still received feedback about the smoke smell.  We're not going to banish the smokers from this home...they're a crucial part of this family!  We're also still using that wood stove and refuse to depend on propane.  So as much as it bothers me to say this, Im asking that you either not purchase from us or accept the fact that your item(s) may (or may not) arrive with a smoke smell.  Our intention is to be respectful of every person who takes the time to cross paths with us....we only ask the same in return.  To state that we're "offensive", due to our smoking, really hurts.  Today, I placed fabric softener sheets in all of the packages which contain cloth of some sort.  I would hope this helps with the problem. 

Auction End:   Please contact us within 3 days if you've made a purchase from us....just to let us know if you're ready for an invoice (if you havent already paid) or if you're waiting for another of our auctions to end.  We are very accomodating....as long as we know where we stand with you.  After 3 days, if we've not heard from you, we'll send another invoice.  If 5 days have gone by and again, nothing...we hope you'll undestand our reasons for relisting the item.    

Shipping:  We make trips to the local post office Monday through Thursday.  With that in mind, we'll do our best to get your item shipped out within the next day of receiving your payment.  We ship to the US only, unless you contact us first and we come to an agreement.  A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you at the time of shipping.  Once item has been left with the Postal Service, we nor  USPS, can be responsible for loss or damage if insurance, paid by you, hasnt been provided.

Payment:  We accept PayPal and Money Orders. We will combine multiple purchases to give you the best possible rate, as long as items are on one invoice.  Should we agree to an international bid, item MUST be paid for via PayPal.  PLEASE....we ask that if you purchase one of our items that you pay in a timely manner....we'd be most appreciative!!
