One of the most unusual plastic things I've seen.  I have been unable to find anything about this item.  My first guess was that it was a beverage cup sold at a circus.  It measures 5 inches tall and has an extended bulbous red nose.  The eyes are also bulbous and inside are wooden buttons that move when you shake the cup!  Very unusual and in excellent shape.  For the clown collector?
