This is a vintage W. Kratt pitch pipe in very nice condition. It comes in the original box which is good condition. The inside of the box reads as follows:

THE W. KRATT CHROMATIC PITCH PIPE

   This pitch pipe is a Semi - Chromatic instrument. It consists of 10 keys, from E to Eb.

     The W. Kratt instrument differs from other harmonica style Pitch Pipes, inasmuch as it is marked with letters on both sides, indicating notes over respective apertures, thus making it possible to read instrument at a glance. This eliminates entirely the inconvenience of first placing instrument into the proper position.   In addition the Treble Staff is diestamped on one of the covers.

      These new features, ingenious and unique added, make this instrument superior to any of its kind.

     The W. Kratt pitch pipe is accurately tuned, each note is tested in a scientific

 manner.
