This auction is for a beautiful platter & bowl in the Lido pattern by W.S. George. The platter measures 11 3/4" x 9" & in excellent condition free from any chips or flea bites. Does have a small age spot as pictured. The vegetable bowl is in excellent condition on the front but, has two small chips underneath as shown. Very hard to find this pattern! Marked on back of platter "Lido, W.S.George, White, Made in U.S.A., 1784". They have beautiful flower transfer with red trim. I take pride in my packing and never charge for supplies or "handling". I use USPS priority mail or UPS. I try to calculate a shipping price in the auction, and if my figures are higher than actual(over 2.00), I will refund the difference. If my calculation is less than the actual cost I will absorb it. If, in my opinion, the item needs to be professionally packed, it will be added to the shipping cost. This would be for large items or possibly VERY fragile items. I generally ship on Monday, Thursday and Fridays
All items selling for over $35.00 will be insured. This is not an option. I will not ship uninsured for over that amount. Most of my auctions have shipping cost in them and this figure includes insurance when necessay.
We accecpt money orders, cashiers check, paypal, and personal checks. With a personal check, shipping will be delayed from 1 to 10 days depending on the winning bidders feedback.
