Up for bid is this Charming W S George Creamer, Derwood Collection # 175A.
The creamer stands 4 1/2" tall at the spout, and is 5" wide including the handle.
The creamer is stark white with a two tone blue with pink roses with a vase inside a shield design on both sides. There is a blue line that circles the creamer and goes down the handle. This creamer looks as though it had gold gilding on the spout which has been rubbed off. The piece has some discoloration around the base from aging. There is very little crazing mostly on the handle and one spot on the mouth of the creamer. There are no chips or cracks evident on this piece.
The manufactures mark is on the bottom, see photo.
This is a very nice piece. Would look wonderful in a china cabinet or on display in the kitchen.
