This character is one of the wacky Wine Wobblers. This one is the waitress and it is mint in the original box, taken out only for pictures.

This is a bobblehead with a cork stopper which fits most wine bottles and a base. The base is lined with a food safe glass liner and holds your wobbler when not in use. This is a good grab bag or gag gift for that coworker or wine drinker on your Christmas list. It is made by New Creative Enterprises and is Item # 81144.
