Payment Policy:  PayPal ONLY!    PayPal payments MUST BE PAID within 5 days of auction end.   ALL BUY IT NOW auctions MUST be paid IMMEDIATELY!   Failure to pay will result in “Payment Not Received” report filed with EBay.

Shipping Policy:   I ship most dependable and economical.  Most items will be sent by USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, Parcel Post or Media Mail.  I pack all breakables in extra-extra packing material, and identify the package with large red labels “FRAGILE Handle with Care”.  I ship within 24 hours of received payment, except Sundays and Holidays.   All U.S. domestic shipments come with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION and TRACKING.

Shipping Insurance:  Optional to buyers. Seller highly recommends insurance on all fragile, collectable, antique, breakable, irreplaceable items, high-end items.  SELLER is NOT responsible for any items damaged or loss during shipment if buyer does not purchase insurance.   Keep in mind insurance ONLY covers the value/purchased cost of the item.  Insurance DOES NOT cover the cost of shipping.

WORLDWIDE Shipping:  If shipping WORLDWIDE, please contact me for shipping charges, prior to bidding/winning item.  ALL INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS MUST USE PAYPAL AND PAID IMMEDIATELY.  Please contact SELLER if bidding on multiple items, shipping worldwide may increase due to weight limitations.  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer’s responsibility and are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.  Please check with your country’s customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what this additional cost will be.

Handling Fee:  (already calculated into shipping fee). Due to the cost of Packing Material, i.e., Bubble Pac, Special Packaging, Boxes, Envelopes, Labeling, Tape, Post Office deliveries (gas prices), Wrapping, etc.  Fee may increase for oversized packages.  Increases will be clearly outlined in listing description.  Fee may be discounted or waived due to combined/discounted shipping.

Combined Shipping and Shipping Discounts:  Shipping will be combined (if applicable) and discounted, if bidding/winning any of my other listed items within a 5 day period.  Please inform me immediately if you’re bidding on additional item(s), allowing me to hold off on sending final invoice until auction ends.  Any shipping discounts (combined shipping, etc.) will be calculated during the seller to buyer invoice process, so please wait for the final “seller” invoice.  In some cases combining items may require the package to be shipped a higher weight, thus in combined shipments may NOT be the most cost effective to the buyer.  Please take this into consideration when asking about combined item discounts.

Return Policy:  I make every effort to describe each listing as clearly as possible.  If for any reason the item described is not what was received, the seller will refund the FULL cost of the original listing price.  In order to receive your refund the item(s) MUST be returned by the BUYER and MUST be received by the SELLER in exact condition as received in order to receive REFUND.  Originating shipping and return shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE!
