Availability & Making Reservations After purchasing a Mini Vacation through eBay, you will receive a reservation form via email. Please complete the reservation form in order to select your vacation dates, then return the completed form via email or fax. If the dates you have selected are available, it takes 24-48 hours to get your reservation booked and scheduled. Once complete, your itinerary and travel info will be emailed to you.  We recommend that you CONTACT US before purchase to be sure that the dates you are booking will be available.  In most cases, we will not be able to fulfill reservations for non-holiday travel with less than 7 days' notice, and for holiday travel with less than 30 days' notice.  Please remember that availability can change quickly and unexpectedly.
