Reservations & Cancellation Policy:

We recommend that you reserve at least 14 days in advance of travel in order to receive the dates of your choice. If the requested dates are unavailable, you will be eligible for a full refund. Holidays may require up to 45 days advance notice to reserve.

Date changes and cancellations must be requested in writing no less than 7 days before travel to avoid penalty charges. Date changes and cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of travel may be subject to a late change fee.

Failure To Attend Mandatory Tour:

In order to receive the advertised prices and gifts, guests must attend the mandatory 90-120 minute timeshare sales presentation at the hosting resort. Timeshare tour locations change according to the season but will always be six miles or less from your hotel destination.
