Obvious Scam # 1) Often when buyers are looking for the "best" deal, then find deals that are "too good to be true," they are! Don't be fooled! If you notice a watch is selling for thousands of dollars less then other comparable ones, then it is highly likely that the pictures of the watch are stolen from another sellers listing. They copy the pictures and then list the pictured items for sale on their own site, and the fraudulent seller never had possession of the watch. Obvious Scam #2) A seller who hasn't had any transactions in a long time, then suddenly has a Rolex watch for sale, this seller is a scammer. They actually take over dead people's accounts by hacking in and using their positive feedback to fool you. Look at the feedback, the transaction, the dates etc... INVESTIGATE! Obvious Scam #3) The "too good to be true" auction that you won from a seller who is supposedly in Arkansas, according to their seller profile; however, the email you get asks you to send the money to some other land because they are taking care of their sick mother who lives there, or they are there on vacation....NOT! Don't fall for any of these scams.

Authenticity: As to authenticity, ALL OF OUR WATCHES ARE 100% AUTHENTIC! Some accessories such as certain diamond dials, diamonds bezels, and bands are CUSTOM or AUTHENTIC so READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION to be sure you know what you are buying.

Return Policy:3 day return privilege. The return privilege is in place for the purpose of making sure that our customers know we are honorable reasonable business people. Please understand that we guarantee all of our items to be at least exactly what our auctions say they are. We do not accept items in return unless on the very rare occasion we made an honest mistake in our description of the item (not likely). If for some reason a return is approved for an extenuating circumstance due to our generous customer service policy, the return request must be made and item must be sent back within 3 days from delivery of item. We will first attempt to service the watch or replace the product, if not possible then we will provide a refund on the item. Please do not buy and just decide that you changed your mind for whatever reason as we do not ship items back and forth for people to look at.
