All international shipments are done through USPS Priority Mail International Service. We do not use any other service. The value given for the item on the declaration form will be the amount you purchased the item for before shipping. We will not provide false values on declaration forms, so please do not ask us to do so. Furthermore, shipping to international destinations may take up to 20 business days due to Customs issues. WARRANTY & RETURNS
The winner of this auction will receive the listed item above. Our staff works very hard to get your items to you. We ship 100's of items a day and there are times that a mistake in shipping may happen. Sorry but there are NO refunds or exchanges for other Items, Sizes, Dexterity, Colors, Lofts or Shaft Flex's. Under NO circumstances will we accept return of new equipment after it's been used, even if it's only been hit once.

We charge a reship fee (full shipping price) for any incorrect customer addresss returns. A request for this fee and correct address will be emailed before items reships.
