Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item, dimensions and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. These are our only shipping methods unless otherwise specified in the item description. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Combined Shipping:
Sorry, but our proprietary, automated auction/order management system does not enable us to combine shipping payments for our auctions/buyers. Occasionally a small discount may be applied by our system for fixed priced jewelry and clothing items. If you purchase multiple items from us, they may arrive in separate packages. Please understand that this is our store policy and no shipping discounts will be given. Please bid accordingly.

International Shipping:
We will not ship internationally nor will we accept bids / payments from international buyers at this time. We cannot ship to other countries, territories, or U.S. Islands (including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.). We cannot make exceptions.



LOCAL PICK UP:
Please contact us at (480) 961- SOLD if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store in Chandler, Arizona 85248. For large items like furniture and appliances you must call us first to verify pick up location.

An item that is purchased as a local pick up must be picked up within 10 business days of the end of the auction. If it is not picked up, a storage fee of $10.00 per day, per item will be charged unless prior arangement with the staff of iSold It - Chandler have been made.

If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days, we will create a seller account for you and the item will be resold on eBay. The funds of that new sale will be applied to the storage fees incurred and the remaining balance from the sale (if any) will be mailed to you in the form of a check.

All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence!PLEASE BE AWARE PRIOR TO BIDDING, THAT ALL OF OUR AUCTIONS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was grossly not as described and/or photographed in the auction. All information contained in this listing is considered reliable.

Buyer must contact us at (480) 961-SOLD or contact us at service.az0205@i-soldit.com to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/declared value charges. Original shipping & handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We security mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we will verify security markings and compare pre-auction photos of the item.

All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. Prompt Payment:
