WD-NY Black fancy skirt- 100% silk.

This is a net over skirt that has gold sequins and beads sewn all over. Under skirt is cotton. It is New With Tag. It has a wide waist band-34 inch with a side zipper. Size 12. There is a long scarf sewn in on the side. This has a very full skirt that is in different lengths. Longest length is 32 inch. It is in new condition.
