We prefer to accept PayPal payment for our auctions. We are charged a fee to accept PayPal but we feel the protection offered to the buyer and seller warrants the fees. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for those without a PayPal account. We will accept money order or cashiers check if you do not have a Paypal account, but please contact us before bidding for authorization. Items will not be shipped until payment clears. Buyer is responsible for any and all fees if a payment is returned for insufficient funds or closed accounts. These will be reported to Ebay and local law enforcement as fraud. Please do not put either of us in this position. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction end date and time. If other arrangements need to be made please contact us and we will try our best to work with you within reason. Items won but not paid within the allotted time are subject to cancellation and will be relisted. Some items are available locally for sale. Although rare if purchased locally before auction end they may be removed from auction.
We gladly offer combined shipping discounts for SIMILAR ITEMS purchased and paid under the same invoice. Shipping discount will be as follows: 1st item - full rate, each additional item ships for only 1.00, we also offer special rates on larger quantities but please contact us first to make these arrangements. Please notify us of your intent to bid or purchase multiple items. Do not pay the single item invoice; request a total which will reflect the shipping discount. We charge actual shipping charges plus a small packaging and handling fee for each item we ship. We ship using USPS First Class, or Priority Mail. Priority Mail does provide a tracking number and delivery confirmation free of charge. If you would like to track your Priority Mail package, simply click on the "View Order Details" icon on your My EBay page or the item page. USPS First Class is only available for items up to 13 ounces. Priority Mail shipping offer tracking numbers along with delivery confirmation at no additional charge, so you can see where your package is in the shipping process. Shipping insurance is optional which can be purchased from USPS or Auctiva.com, which is a little cheaper. Either one protects you against damage or loss during the shipping process. We gladly accept returns within 7 days for items which are described incorrectly. Sorry we are unable to offer refunds for buyer remorse. You will offer an EXCHANGE for the same pin if the problem is on our end that is as long as the same pin is available. If not we will handle on a case by case basis to offer a substitute of equal value or a refund, not to include shipping and handling. Buyer is responsible for return postage with delivery confirmation. Returns require authorization prior to shipment or they will be refused. We package your item with the utmost care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that may occur in the shipping process. For your convenience we do offer shipping insurance to protect you against these types of events.
