SPECIFIC AUCTION DETAILS: 

• This piece is called the Damien-Dutton piece because it was created to benefit the Damien-Dutton Society for Leprosy Aid. This wonderful charity operates two gift shops and all of the proceeds from these gift shops go back to this charity. This piece came with a leatherbound Precious Moments bible. I have searched and searched for many months to find a leatherbound Precious Moments Bible.

• The Precious Moments Bible included with this auction is an amazingly beautiful and deluxe Blue Leatherflex Keepsake Edition of the New King James Version of the Bible. This Bible is truly a work of beauty to behold. The gentle reverence and artwork that went into this volume is spectacular! Take the time to look at ALL of the pictures. Although the pictures are great, you can't see and hold this beautiful volume of scripture the way I am. This Bible originally was only in white but if you can find one...now they have it available in white, baby blue, and violet. I don't know if it comes in baby pink but I've seen the other colors. I picked this baby blue volume for this auction. The book has been carefully protected by a heavy-duty cardboard sleeve. During shipping the corners of the sleeve were dented but, thankfully, the Bible corners were NOT damaged! One more thing, the Savior's words are displayed in red.
• This 'We Belong To The Lord' figurine is very special and bears a copyright date on the bottom of the figurine of 1986. This is the ONLY Precious Moments figurine to bear the Diamond stamp/imprint on the bottom. This beautiful figurine has the shepherd's crook resting over the shepherd's left shoulder. The Bible also depicts this same image. This is important because other editions of this Thomas Nelson Precious Moments Bible depict the crook resting on the RIGHT shoulder. That's your dead giveaway that you have the wrong Bible.
• There are no chips, marks, scrapes, scuffs, repairs, alterations, or defects of any type to either the figurine OR the BIBLE!
• This figurine was a Special Release, with one stamp only, by the Enesco Corporation. One more thing that I love about this figurine is that the shepherd is leading, loving, caring, and guiding THREE very unique lambs, all different colors. The colors are not as important as what they represent. They represent ALL of this world...every color, ethnic background, religious affiliation, cultural participation, every family size, and every occupation or wealth status. We ALL Belong to the Lord! What a comfort! What a blessing! What a Miracle to be a Child of GOD!

• The ORIGINAL box released with this figurine was a plain white box and is included! It is in excellent condition with no stains, scuffs, tears, or any other defects! As described above, the leatherflex Bible comes in its own deluxe cardboard sleeve!

• The pictures of the figurine are not of the item you will receive. Normally I discard pictures when an item sells and take new ones when I replace an item. Today time was not on my side and so the pictures of the FIGURINE (only) are from a previous auction. If there is anything about the figurine that you are concerned about please let me know. I have examined the figurine carefully and there are no breaks in the shepherd's crook and no areas of breakage and/or repair. However, no matter what, YOUR satisfaction is what matters most! Satisfaction is guaranteed!

• I would never knowingly list an altered or repaired figurine.

• Some of the pieces I sell have been displayed before and may need a light cleaning by the new owner. This in NO WAY devalues the figurine and is only part of routine maintenance and care!

  PLEASE NOTE: Ebay has changed their regulations concerning insurance as of September 22, 2009. Insurance will no longer be an option to the buyer but, in fact, will be the seller’s responsibility. As with all vendors, this is going to put a pinch on my income. Please note that I have decided to absorb the cost of insurance as well as delivery confirmation and WILL NOT increase the price of shipping to my clients; nor will I change the fee structure which I base my listings on.

   

  All auctions are to be paid within 72 hours for U.S. bidders and within 24 hours for International bidders. If this is not possible please do NOT bid before emailing me.

   

  In keeping with Ebay's policy change, I ONLY accept online secured payments through PayPal. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

   

  I have AMENDED my shipping/handling charge to only $2 to assist in the cost of packing materials. I have also lowered the shipping/handling charge to INT'L and APO/FPO addresses  from $5 down to just $2. IF my small handling fee would cause you to NOT give me 5 stars on the feedback ratings, PLEASE DO NOT BID!
