• We do not ship international!
• New items will ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated in description.   
• Buyer to pay shipping rate based on zip code. 
• Please provide us with your shipping zip code so we may estimate shipping costs to your location.  NO PO BOXES
• Items usually processed within 24 hours of payment received. 
• We will issue a confirmation of payment, including shipping details within 48 hours unless payment received Fri, Sat or Sun. 
• NO SHIPPING TO POST OFFICE BOXES!  Please provide an alternate ship-to address.
• For all "FREIGHT" items a packaging & handling fee will be assessed dependent upon the weight and dimensions of the item. 
• Used items are located in our Indianapolis warehouse and are available for customer pickup.
