We will only ship to a confirmed address that you have on file with Paypal. If you would like it shipped to any other address you must call us (866-441-6670) for verification purposes. If your confirmed Paypal address is a PO Box please call us before ordering so that we can ship to an alternate address. We do NOT ship via USPS, therefore we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  We do NOT accept international payment or ship internationally. We do not ship to APO/AE, and International locations. We do NOT ship to Guam, Puerto Rico or other US territories. We ship only to locations within the U.S.  We only ship and do NOT have a pick up location. Signature is required on all shipments. Orders are shipped within 1 business day; most will ship the same day if the order is received before 3 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST). All shipping takes place on BUSINESS days ONLY, not weekends or holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: If your address is in AK or HI please forward an ADDITIONAL $29 for 2-3 day shipping via PayPal after completing your order to sales@merchantalliance.net in order to cover the extra shipping costs involved. If you are not using Paypal to purchase please contact us so that we may cover the additional shipping costs.

Tracking Information: We send tracking info via email the next business day after the product has shipped. If for some reason the information is not received please give us a call at 866-441-6670 and we will resend the information.

Open your item carefully and retain all packaging and documentation. All our products are brand new or in brand new condition, and are shipped to you in pristine condition, right from the factory or distributor. There should not be any problems if handled correctly and / or installed properly. On the rare occasion a product seems defective please contact us immediately with any problems as most items can be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical information. If at that point the item is deemed defective we will personally make sure you get an exchange as soon as possible. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the item; Once the item is received and determined to be defective, we will cover the cost to send a replacement and refund you the shipping you paid to ship it back to us.
