A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
US Buyers: We ship via FedEx Ground every business day and email tracking information upon shipping. You're also welcome to pick up your items in person, please select "local pickup" when making your purchase and contact us to make arrangements.
International shipments will be processed via either FedEx or USPS International. APO/FPO shipments will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
Payment Information
We prefer PayPal payments, which is by far the easiest and most secure
method of payment. Simply follow the instructions that you will receive
after the auction ends. Please ensure that your shipping address is
correct!

International Buyers
Buyers not in the USA must pay with PayPal! International
buyers are completely responsible for paying their own duties and customs
fees. These fees are determined by your government, not Wheel & Sprocket.
Packages being sent to international destinations may take longer to
arrive due to customs delays. We absolutely will not mark any package as
a "gift" or display a lower price to reduce duties. Please do not ask us
to do that.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for defective or non-functioning
products. Products must be in unused condition, and in the original
packaging with tags attached. If you have a problem product, please
contact us. Upon receipt of the product, we can either issue an
exchange, store credit, or a refund.
Any returns received for reasons other than the above must be sent at
the buyer's expense and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any refunds
or credits issued will not take into account the original shipping price.
