Multi-color decals will come already pieced together (unless otherwise stated in the item details) so you do not have to worry about lining up the colors, we do that for you! All decals come in one piece unless other wise noted in the item details.

Several colors are available. Ebay allows 30 color variations, but there are more available on our chart below. To choose a color from the chart (that is not already listed as an option), checkout with your item in black, then e-mail us through ebay e-mail to let us know your different selection (not notes to seller during checkout). If you do not use e-bay e-mail we will not see your color selection and you will get the default black listed. When designing a custom layout we will not do any design work until the layout is paid for. We will then provide 1-3 layouts based on the information you provided so you can choose. It may take up to 5 business days before you see a layout depending on how busy we are. When evaluating our shipping time this SHOULD NOT be considered as part of shipping time. This is DESIGN TIME and is not included as part of E-bays star ratings. Shipping time is after we get an approval for a design from you.
QUALITY
We know there are a lot of people competing for your wall art dollar. So check out our feedback! We use high quality material and the images you see are directly from our files, not from someone else’s work. So what you see is exactly what you get. Are we the best? Yes! We have produced thousands of decals for interior/exterior wall art, cornhole, signage, vehicles and other uses in addition to running a full service graphics shop (in business for more than 20 years!). We are now using our expertise to provide you with great wall art at a great price!
These are vinyl computer cut wall art decals, not printed. You get great color, no white edges and incredible durability. We use quality 5-7 year vinyl, the same quality as what we use for signage and vehicle graphics. Each decal will come with transfer tape ready to apply.
These will stick to almost any surface you place them on, not just walls. Good for glass, mirrors, wood, vehicles, doors, etc. The surface must be non-porous and smooth. Textured surfaces do not allow proper adhesion and may have poor results. It is strongly recommended that you make sure your surface is clean before application for maximum durability and adhesion. Vinyl wall art is removable but can only be used once.
APPLICATION/REMOVAL
Do not apply wall art to newly painted walls! Be sure to let the paint set at least 15 days before applying.
To remove simply use your hair dryer to warm up the vinyl and peel off. Place the hair dryer 6" from the decal/wall. When removing it the vinyl will stretch and peel off. If there is any leftover residue from adhesion simply use a mild detergent and warm water to clean off. If the residue is persistent use a product like goo gone.
SHIPPING
Shipping is always combined at the highest shipping rate of the multiple auctions you purchase. So if you purchase 8 decals and the highest shipping rate is $2.00 that is what you will pay total. If you purchase 20 decals and they are all listed as free, you pay no shipping. Easy as that! Shipping rates are primarily based on the size of the decal. Please be sure to do your checkout with all your auctions combined or wait for us to send a combined invoice to prevent any delays in processing your order.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days after completed payment for order processing, production and shipping. A business day is considered to be M-F 8am – 5pm, no holidays. We often ship sooner but cannot guarantee it due to the amount of customization we do for our customers as well as the large order load we get with our various product streams.
Order early as we are not responsible for shipping times and/or delays once the item leaves our production facility, especially during holiday seasons.
A word on shipping costs. We do our best to provide fair shipping costs for all our products. Included in shipping costs is shipping and handling which includes: postage, packaging and packaging material, time to package, and delivery or pickup scheduling. All our orders are shipped using USPS.
RETURNS
We do not allow returns of wall art for any reason because
1. We provide a lot of customization and will not be able to resell your selection
2. We do not stock items, what you get is newly produced from new materials
3. Neither you or us can guarantee the product will be returned in sellable condition.
FEEDBACK and RESOLUTIONS
If there are any issues please contact us first before leaving feedback. We will make every attempt to resolve the issue in a timely and appropriate manner. If a neutral or a negative feedback is left without contacting us first about the issue we will make no attempt to resolve it.
PAYMENT
Payment is through Paypal only as e-bay has changed their policy regarding payments. We adhere to e-bay’s policies in this matter.
