THIS IS A VERY DIFFERENT SET OF SALT AND PEPPER SHAKERS.  THE HALLMARKS ON THE BOTTOM BOTH SAY "WEST GERMANY" AND THE SYMBOL "V".

BOTH OF THE HAND PAINTED MONKS HAVE THEIR STOPPERS. THERE AREN'T ANY CHIPS OR CRACKS.  THEY ARE MADE OF POTTERY AND MEASURE 3" (8CM) HIGH FOR THE TALLER ONE AND 2.5" (6.5CM) HIGH FOR THE SMALLER ONE.
